The Absolute Aesthetics signature Leg Revitaliser treatment was tested and reviewed for the June 2017 edition of Tatler Magazine.
The tester’s verdict?
“legs feel lighter and tauter”
What is the Leg Revitaliser?
The procedure is designed to brighten and rejuvenate the legs. A perfect treatment to have post winter, to help get legs bright, polished and ready for the summer months ahead.
The treatment starts with the application of a leg exfoliator gel peel which contains lactic acid. This instantly brightens and smooths skin as it stimulates epidermal renewal and increases the skin’s permeability to the active ingredients that are used during the treatment.
A targeted booster is selected to focus on your key concerns and this is added to a remodelling mask which is then massaged into the leg, helping to tighten and firm the skin.
The treatment is finished by applying an intensifying cream to moisturise the legs and to help lock in the key ingredients.
What are the benefits of the Leg Revitaliser?
The Leg Revitaliser can improve lymphatic drainage, circulation and microcirculation. It aids the breakdown of fatty deposits and puffiness. It also improves the appearance of cellulite making the skin appear smoother as well as improving skins texture and elasticity. It is the ultimate post-winter / pre-summer holiday treatment. It works well alongside existing leg treatments such as hair removal and cellulite reduction.
Who can have the treatment?
Anyone can have the treatment, including men. Due to the active ingredients, it is not suitable for women during pregnancy or those that are breast feeding.
We would also advise to avoid any heat treatments such as sauna’s, steam rooms and swimming for at least 24 hours just to avoid any irritation to the skin. It is recommended to have the final treatment 5-7 days before going on holiday. We also suggest leaving 14 days in between any sessions for laser hair removal.
When will results be seen?
Most people notice a visible improvement with skin appearing smoother, firmer and more hydrated after each treatment. Results vary with each individual and their concerns, depending on what stage they are before the treatment. Time frame can differ on those who are using the home care and those who are not. If you are using the home care in addition with the treatment you will see faster results.
How many treatments are needed?
We recommend having a course of six to really see noticeable results. After a course completion we would re-evaluate patients concern to assess if they would need anymore.
What is the cost of the treatment?
Each sessions costs £100 but we would recommend a course of six which costs £500.
